MiniDLNA how to set up autoscan?

Actually, minidlna is installed on cubietruck (lubuntu).
The config says:

# Automatic discovery of new files in the media_dir directory.
inotify=yes

# Notify interval, in seconds.
notify_interval=895

it only helps to go to the terminal and write:
minidlna -R
service minidlna restart

after restart on http minidlna you can see how many video files, the terminal says that restart is OK
but TV does not see the server anymore
, that is, problems 2:
autoscan does not work
falls off after restart

@rozochkin

figured it out
looked in the logs that it can’t write to the files.db database , there
were the wrong rights to it
all, I’m sorry, the topic is closed)

@catHD

minidlna is a strange thing in general ... and it doesn't know how to use subtitles ... it's better to look towards mediatomb ;)

I even did minidlna reload or something like that,
but in the end I installed a plex server, and on TV the plex client is really better and more beautiful)
