Mini vga monitor cheaper?

What is the solution for miniature VGA monitor. 3.5, 4.3, 7 inches. with the lowest price?
Needed to control the parameters on a regular computer, but not to rush around with an extra monitor and not take up space.

I suspect that it might be cheaper to find some kind of car monitor with RCA for the required number of lines and get confused by connecting it to a computer (more recently, S-Video was also made on video cards =)
If you dream up, you can think of buying a cheap smartphone with a screen of 3, 5 * and use it as an additional monitor.
