Mini-site engine with static HTML generation
I want to summarize my ped. experience in teaching computer science in a circle. I started in my WordPress backlog, but the process stalled (1), WordPress didn’t cope well with the JS code (2). There will be time in the summer - I would like to rewrite everything over again.
According to the plan, 36 lessons (individual posts) are obviously not many. IMHO the statics here is the most it. BUT to rule everything by hand is a dubious pleasure.
The code is planned to be displayed in codemirror (with the ability to run).
What would you recommend?

And how could WordPress do a bad job with js?
In the same wp cache plugins generate static pages.
The process stalled is also an interesting reason to look for a new engine.
What about pulsecms.com/ ? Used the free version in several projects - quite interesting.
