It happens similar in the network with poorly crimped RJ-45, poorly punched sockets, poor contact in the socket.
A computer was buggy in a similar way at one workplace - it was thrown across the floor from a server room wire-temporary hut. The problem is gone.
Replace/re-press everything, then see if the problem persists.
