Mikrotik router: www-ssl service stopped working, how to find an error?

Good afternoon!
After upgrading the RB2011UiAS2HnDIN router to OS version 6.41.3, the SSL connection with WebConfig was no longer established.
A message is issued:

Establishing a secure connection to this host failed: no common encryption algorithm(s) are present. Error Code: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP

/ip service print says www-ssl invalid (highlighted in red in the services table).
If you change the service port from 443 to another, then no error is generated. Through another port, WebConfig connects via SSL.
It looks like a port conflict, but it's not clear how to find it. Everything worked on the previous version.
