Mikrotik. Port forwarding. How to make access from the local network to my own white IP?

Hello. The bottom line is this: I have white ip addresses. Port forwarded on the router to the local server. If you try to access this white ip from the local network, then naturally nothing comes of it. Because the server responds to a white address, and the router no longer knows where to answer.
When setting up PCC, I came across an article with an elegant and simple solution based on marking such traffic. Now I can't find the article. Please tell me how to solve this problem?

and why if the server is in a local network, will not be connected on local IP? I have the same problem, I solved it through the hosts file.)

If the network is large and the possibilities allow, it is better to build a full-fledged DMZ and let white addresses go directly to the servers. NAT is always a crutch.
