How to set up ads on Mikrotik Hotspot?

Good morning, colleagues!
We set up Mikrotik Routerboard to distribute WiFi Internet after authorization by phone number. Everything is working. Now we want to set up ads every 30 minutes. Here in RouterOS (in ip/hotspot/user profiles) there is an "Advertise" tab. I tried to configure as described here but the result is zero! Ads are not shown. Maybe someone has a successful experience in setting up ads on Mikrotik Hotspot?

"In the hostpot profile, delete radvert.html"
This may be the problem. Without this file, there will be no redirect.
