You can, the question is to the hEX PoE power supply.

hEX PoE-out --- PoE-in 951 PoE-out ---- PoE-in 951

Power supply on the first one only. And how many of them can be put in parallel?

Pay attention to such a moment that if the power supply unit fails on the first micrometer, the entire network will collapse.
And yes, they are fed in series, but the amount must be calculated based on the strength / power of the current issued by the power supply unit itself and the consumed strength / current power of each individual node in the circuit. If the threshold is exceeded, it seems to me that the overall performance will suffer (errors, up to the shutdown of nodes).
