You need to configure two independent gateways, network machines choose the gateway themselves. The problem arose in the fact that the master port of the switch group is bound to one port, but you need, for example, the gateway 192.168.1.1 (eth3) and 192.168.1.2 (eth4). Vans on eth1,2.

The question is not entirely clear ...
As I understand it, you need eth3 to use eth1 (2), and eth4, respectively, eth2 (1)
If so, then remove the master port, and configure 2 masquerading rules, respectively, from the required Lan ports to Wan ports.
Another option, more orthodox, create two bridges Lan1 + Wan1 and Lan2 + Wan2
And operate further with these bridges.
