There is an autonomous system and two providers, provider A and B.
How can I make traffic enter through provider A and leave through provider B?

Outgoing traffic needs a Local_Pref or BGP Weight policy, the higher the value, the more priority it is. Incoming can be regulated using AS_Prepend, the more ASs in the list, the less priority the path. For example you can do this: AS1 > AS2 > AS3 > AS4 >AS4 >AS4 in this example your AS is AS4.
