Mikrotik how to disable factory reset or a script to change settings after a factory reset?

Good afternoon at the branch, you need to organize a network on MikroTik. There are "cunning employees" who used to reset the settings to the factory settings, in connection with which the possibility of remote access to the branch was lost. Is there a way to somehow disable the reset or change the configuration of the factory settings to your own so that the "sabotage" does not work or the script pulls up the necessary settings after resetting to factory settings? I will be very grateful for your help.

On the WAN interface, set your poppy address, ask the provider to bind to the poppy address. When resetting to factory settings, the poppy will also be reset and the Internet will not work after that, since the provider's network expects a device with a completely different poppy address.
