Two providers are two different pipes. They can be poured with traffic sorting (http - there, smtp - here), you can pour with division into parts (not always, but for example, a torrent can type blocks from 1 to 100 from here, blocks from 101 to 200 - from there). But it is impossible to
combine two different pipes into one . From the word at all. And providers know this very well too :)
