Mikrotik

Mikrotik doesn't work after changing IP to WAN. Where to drink?

I changed the provider and with it the static IP changed. I connect to the Miktotik router. Replaced the IP and subnet in the Adress List with ether1 (which is WAN), replaced the gate in the Router List in the AS line. Got a brick. Nothing responds even from the router itself. The settings are correct, any other device with the same settings works fine. I looked all over the menu - the old IP is not registered anywhere else (maybe I did not find it). Rebooted - did not help. I change back to the old settings and stick the old provider - it works. It is curious that the Internet also works with a new IP and a wire from the old provider until the router is rebooted. Initially, Mikrotik was configured by a certified specialist. It's a shame to call him because of such nonsense. Tell me where to dig, where to kick him so that he picks up a new IP?

Thanks Drno , the problem is solved. Unfortunately, for some reason I can’t mark the comment as a solution - I’ll write a summary:
There are no buttons for applying settings in mikrotik routers, all settings are applied immediately after entering, no matter what you press OK or Apply. Hardcore mode, however :)
And the problem was in the Firewall/Nat setting - instead of the Masquerade mode, broadcasting of all outgoing calls to a specific IP of the old provider was set. This is not visible if you take a quick look at the NAT table - the address is hidden deep in the settings.
