How to monitor a text file with The Dude?

The network uses The Dude on Mikrotik to monitor devices, services, and services.
There is a self-service terminal on Windows 7. The software that manages this terminal writes logs in text form. The task is to monitor these logs in order to pull out certain error messages from there and issue alerts in The Dude.
As far as I understand, dude itself cannot read text files, but it can act as a syslog server.
Is it possible, with the help of some middleware, to monitor the log of the control software and send it via the syslog protocol to dude?
Or maybe there is another solution to this problem?
