Mikrotik does not see the network after reconnecting the power. Is this a bug or a feature?

6.32.2 I'm a noob at this.
It turned out to go to the web interface only after a hard reset. Access to the router is only until the power is reconnected.
After reconnecting the power, the router does not respond to the connected cables (port indicators should be lit), but only ACT flashes (1 long, 1 short).
That is, after a power outage, you will have to do a hard reset and reconfigure everything.
I tried it on different firmware (originally it was the 5th one)
Question: is the router buggy, or is it such a feature and you need to configure something additionally?

I think since the iron is most likely of. bought. write to Mikrotik support... They
respond quickly enough

IMHO this is a glitch of a particular instance or power supply. Save the configuration changes and try another PSU first,
