Mikrotik Capsmann phone at the second point periodically writes "Without Internet access". Where to dig?

Mikrotik Capsmann phone at the second point periodically writes "Without Internet access". Where to dig?
The problem is this. I carry the phone from the point with capsman to the second point.

15:38:18 caps,info 04:D1:3A:63:67:[email protected] connected, signal strength -51
15:38:18 caps, info 04:D1:3A:63:67:[email protected] disconnected, registered to other interface

The signal level on the phone has decreased-increased. The Internet is.
I'm going back.
15:38:39 caps,info 04:D1:3A:63:67:[email protected] connected, signal strength -54
15:38:39 caps, info 04:D1:3A:63:67:[email protected] disconnected, registered to other interface

All OK. The Internet is.
I'm going again.
15:38:58 caps,info 04:D1:3A:63:67:[email protected] connected, signal strength -52
15:38:58 caps, info 04:D1:3A:63:67:[email protected] disconnected, registered to other interface

The signal level on the phone has decreased-increased. After 7 seconds, the phone drops the connection to wifi:
15:39:05 caps, info 04:D1:3A:63:67:[email protected] disconnected, received deauth: sending station leaving (3)
15:39:07 caps,info 04:D1:3A:63:67:[email protected] connected, signal strength -76
15:39:07 dhcp,info dhcp1 deassigned 192.168.2.15 from 04:D1:3A:63:67:6C
15:39:07 dhcp,info dhcp1 assigned 192.168.2.15 to 04:D1:3A:63:67:6C

It connects again and writes "Connected, no Internet access."
I go back to the first point:
15:39:19 caps,info 04:D1:3A:63:67:[email protected] connected, signal strength -51
15:39:19 caps, info 04:D1:3A:63:67:[email protected] disconnected, registered to other interface

The signal level on the phone twitched and after a couple of seconds "connected, with Internet access" ...
I went again - everything is ok.
15:47:15 caps,info 04:D1:3A:63:67:[email protected] connected, signal strength -51

15:47:33 caps,info 04:D1:3A:63:67:[email protected] connected, signal strength -54
15:47:33 caps, info 04:D1:3A:63:67:[email protected] disconnected, registered to other interface

Once again - again 25 ..
15:48:50 caps, info 04:D1:3A:63:67:[email protected] disconnected, received deauth: sending station leaving (3)
15:48:51 caps,info 04:D1:3A:63:67:[email protected] connected, signal strength -71

15:48:51 dhcp,info dhcp1 assigned 192.168.2.15 to 04:D1:3A:63:67:6C
15:49:03 caps,info 04:D1:3A:63:67:[email protected] connected, signal strength -55
15:49:03 caps, info 04:D1:3A:63:67:[email protected] disconnected, registered to other interface
15:49:04 caps, info 04:D1:3A:63:67:[email protected] disconnected, received deauth: sending station leaving (3)
15:49:05 caps,info 04:D1:3A:63:67:[email protected] connected, signal strength -51
15:49:09 dhcp,info dhcp1 deassigned 192.168.2.15 from 04:D1:3A:63:67:6C
15:49:09 dhcp,info dhcp1 assigned 192.168.2.15 to 04:D1:3A:63:67:6C

@maddcat

1. Disabling Local Forwarding seems to have helped.
And this is so far the only solution in conjunction with ac2 and ac lite.
Local forwarding on ac lite does not work. This is a bug. Hopefully temporary. Support is up to date.
