Internet is disconnected in Deepin. How to fix?

I am a beginner user of Deepin OS. (And in general I use Linux for the first time)
To connect to the Internet, I use the “shared USB modem” function on my phone. The problem is that a few seconds after turning on the Internet automatically turns off. The Shared USB Tethering feature remains enabled.
