Hello! There is a problem with CAPsMAN, namely, when switching client devices from one access point to another, the Internet disappears on them, while the local network works, whether it is an Android smartphone or a Windows laptop. If they return to the router (controller) and connect to its point, then Internet access is restored. Slave points see the controller and receive settings from it, the controller also sees them. How to fix?

local-forwarding=yes means that traffic is routed to the point, and does not unconditionally fly to the controller. That is why the interface on the controller works, but may not work at a remote point. Are you sure about this setting?
