Mikrotik: a client from the local network cannot connect using the white address of the router (there is a forwarding). Is there a solution?

Hello!
Before the problem, there was UBNT Erl-lite and there were no problems with it.
There is a video server local, with the static address white. Installed Mikrotik CCR1009. Configured, forwarded the necessary ports.
Problem: The client cannot connect to the video server while on the same local network using a static white ip to connect to it.
Using the local IP, it connects normally.
From the outside, it connects normally. Tell me where to dig?
