Mikrotik 951G 2HnD. With a frequency of a couple of hours, Wi-Fi falls off, but only on Windows 10 machines. How to be?

Good time of the year.
I encountered a rather strange problem: when idle and / or active work on the Internet (for example, Yandex.Radio + Internet surfing + work in 1C via RDP) - it cuts off Wi-Fi connections for working machines with Windows 10 x64 (Home, for one language, license, are the latest updates from MS). And specifically, you have to reconnect to the router through Disconnect -> Connect to this network.
The router logs are full of messages for each of the machines on Win10, such as:

...
<MAC:ADDRESS>@wlan1: connected
[1 сек. спустя] <MAC:ADDRESS>@wlan1: disconnected, received disassoc: sending station leaving (8)
...
[какое-то время спустя] <MAC:ADDRESS>@wlan1: disconnected, disabling
<MAC:ADDRESS>@wlan1: connected
...
[какое-то время спустя] <MAC:ADDRESS>@wlan1: disconnected, group key exchange timeout
<MAC:ADDRESS>@wlan1: connected
...

But there is one BUT: smartphones (Android / iOS), MacBook Pro (macOS 10.13) and iMac (10.12.6) - with (approximately) equal Internet consumption - continue to keep a stable connection with Wi-Fi and have never fallen off the network!
Equipment, settings and place of work:
1. Router Mikrotik RouterBOARD 951G 2HnD, with the latest firmware (3.41) and RouterOS (6.40.4).
2. Monoblocks Lenovo C340 in the amount of 5 pieces, MacBook Pro, iMac and other mobile devices of various stripes.
3. There is a router and working machines in the same room, the distance to it is from 1 to 3 meters, without interference and obstacles.
4. The settings are completely on QuickSet (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/gwujlh ), I didn’t set anything further than them, because everything worked right out of the box, there was no need to go into fine tuning.
The router was bought new, about three months ago, in Kay (St. Petersburg) and until Monday (this week) it worked like clockwork. Thought it was a software issue. I updated the firmware and RouterOS to the latest (via the router's web interface, in automatic mode) - it did not help. I made a hard reset of the device - the same garbage, it did not help. I updated the network card drivers on Win-machines - the same thing. On two machines, I completely demolished the OS and reinstalled it - things are still there ...
Tell me, what could be wrong with it? Why is it so suddenly buggy?
Thanks in advance. I'll be sensible comments once;)
ADD:
The router is powered from the network through the Ippon UPS + surge protector, that is, the option that it shorted out is unlikely.

In "security profiles" try to disable "aes ccm" and leave only "tkip"

In the properties of the wifi interface on the Wireless tab, try setting WMM Support = enabled
