Mikrotik 951 series in WDS mode + static IP ?

Tell me how to solve such a problem ..
There is a large country house at a great distance from civilization, to which wireless Internet is connected, so the quality of communication is unimportant! gray IP, dumps, problematic provider, does not issue input data, only DHCP and it is not possible to forward ports through its gateway. Two Mikrotik 951 series were installed in WDS
mode (the owner flatly refused to pull the wire). .lanmart.ru/blogs/mikrotik-rb751u-2hnd_rezim_wd...
The DHCP server is configured only on the 1st one (moreover, 2 address pools - IP dynamics 192.168.1.2-192.168.1.90/24 and 192.168.1.110-192.168.1.254, and a reserve for statics 192.168.1.91-192.168.1.109), the second all ports in the bridge, no DHCP, the system operates in point-to-multipoint mode. The SSID of the routers is the same. SNTP is configured.
Everything works great, communication via LAN and WiFi is everywhere, the network is one and transparent for mobile devices.
There was a task to connect cleaning control devices to the 2nd router via LAN. And they periodically "fall off". I had to fix them by MAC address, and on the 1st router in the static IP pool - 192.168.1.100-192.168.1.103. Everything turned out, everything responds, goes online.
But after a blackout (thunderstorms, etc.), the devices fall off again.
registered the checked scripts of reconnection of ports, an example on 1 port:
/ script 1
: local pingcount 5;
:local hostping 192.168.1.100;
:local pingresultA [/ping $hostping count=$pingcount];
:if ($pingresultA > 0) do={ :log info ("ether2 work");} else={
/interface ethernet disable ether2; :delay 5; /interface ethernet enable ether2; :log info ("ether2 restart");}
on router 2, what devices are connected to - does not work, even there are no logs! and ping 192.168.1.100 on ether2 does not work, but on bridge1 it does. And on router 1, it naturally works on its ether2, but it is not needed there ...
and can you tell me how you can remotely enter the 2nd router of such a system, provided that the IP is gray?

@Gem

the only thing that comes to mind is maintaining an outgoing dynamic tunnel to the outside, to the white IP
