Mikrotik, 2 providers and 3 VPNs

Good afternoon,
Advise a series of Mikrotik for the following task:
1. There are 2 providers (of which 1 supports 1 Gbps)
2. Connection to both providers is via PPPoE
3. Load balancing and failover between providers is
required 4. It is required to raise the 3rd VPN connection on 1st provider via IPSEC, and use this vpn only for addresses 10.х.х.х
5. It is required that it still works over Wi-Fi :)
Is it possible to do this with Mikrotik? What can you advise?
Thank you very much in advance

You can, but you probably won’t use the entire channel. As they say, smoke mana.

I hope you will have a very powerful piece of iron from Mikrotik. for natit 1 gigabit + one more provider ... in short, 99% of the pieces of iron from mikrotik will die from such a load. most user routers are 50 megabits. here and figure out what you need. =D

Please check the actual purchased speed from both providers.
It is possible to do this on Mikrotik, there are manuals (including on the official wiki).
What balancing is expected?
Does WiFi have to be onboard? It is quite possible that microt + access point will be cheaper

Try using a PC with pfsense on board instead of mikrotika.
It is clear, reliable and all your requirements (and even more) are realizable.
