Migrating Windows 7 to new hardware: how?

Good afternoon colleagues!
The task is to migrate the user OS from the old PC to the new one. Colleagues advised to dig towards Sysprep. But at startup, an error occurs: "A fatal error occurred while executing the Sysprep program on the computer," as always the maximum information from Microsoft. The computer is included in the domain, can this be caused by this?
technet says: "Sysprep can only run if the computer is in a workgroup, not a domain. If the computer is joined to a domain, Sysprep removes it from the domain." And this phrase puts me in a stupor. Help figure out how best to make the migration and avoid fatal errors.

Acronis Backup & Recovery with Universal Restore. Make a system image, then restore on a new computer.
If you need legality, then you can try Paragon Drive Copy 12 Professional. Worth 10 bucks.

As far as I remember, Sysprep is used to prepare a pre-configured Windows image for deployment to multiple machines and has nothing to do with migration .... Maybe something has changed?....

Yes, you don't have to do anything.
demolish all drivers - sound, mother, video.
transfer the screw to another system unit and start, and install the driver.
sisprep is generally from another opera, it will give you the whole system identification from the domain and it will be easier to clean up jambs by completely reinstalling

Perhaps the most important thing is to change the specific drivers of the IDE controller to "Standard" before the transfer. The rest, in general, can be left, it will unhook itself. It worked with XP, 7 seems to have it too, but I won’t say 100%.
In any case, it is worth trying this method first.
