Migrating users (AD) from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008?

Good afternoon!
The office has 2 servers on both Windows Server 2003.
The task is to transfer all this to Windows Server 2008. The
question is how to transfer all AD users from the old domain to the new one??
(You can of course "Bang the old AD users only 30 people, but somehow you don't want to ...." and create a clean domain from scratch!)

@Ivanzor

Entering a new domain controller for 2008
Transferring roles for 2008 (FSMO)
Removing old controllers from the domain.

2 servers on both Windows Server 2003

And both are DC?
One - archive With Acronis, install 2008, enter into the domain, transfer roles, ....
Or through a temporary DC - install 2008 on any computer, transfer roles, remove 1 2003 server from the domain, ...
Same with the second Windows Server 2003
Remove the temporary server from the domain.

@yellowmew

You have two AD servers.
Transfer the roles to one of the 2003 servers. (FSMO)
The second 2003 delete the domain controller role, remove it from the domain, reinstall it in 2008, enter it into the domain.
Further roles for 2008, display the second 2003 and reinstall.

In context of clarifications:
Before following @Ivanzor
's solution Perform a P2V migration of the old domain controller.
Run it on any PC with the Hyper-V role installed (Windows 8/8.1, Server 2008/2008R2/2012/2012R2, Hyper-V Core)
After that, you can safely do:
Entering a new domain controller for 2008
Transferring roles to 2008 (FSMO)
Removing old controllers from a domain.
