When checking the user's permissions on a network folder, he writes that there are no permissions. Tested on Windows 10 (2004 and 1903). On Windows 7, the same user has no problems. Permissions to read parameters have been set.
The employee claims that everything worked before. There is a suspicion that happened after updating Windows from 1703 to 2004.
Everything works fine under the domain administrator.
