Migrating ASA to FortiGate?

Good day!
Perhaps this question has already been asked. There is Fortik, I know that it is possible to transfer the entire Cisco ASA to it through the FortiConverter application. I did a migration using videos from YouTube, but the fort remained the same as it was in the default settings. It turns out that you still need a license for FortiConverter? or am I crooked? and if there is a sensible manual for migrating Cisco to Fortik?

FortiConverter - a separate option for money It is
better to set it up by hand, because:
- you will increase your skill in settings
- you will definitely understand how the rules work
- it will be easier to set up
