Midnight Commander - some "hot keys" are missing for file panels?

Shortcuts like Ctrl+x,c disappeared (do not work) in my Midnight Commander; Ctrl+x,o etc.
The problem is visible in the screenshots:

Possible Cause: Tweaked the XFCE shell shortcuts a bit.
The problem continues to exist in these cases:
- demolition of all MS settings and its complete reinstallation
- demolition of all XFCE settings and loading the default environment
- booting under root without DE and running only MS
How to fix the problem?

It looks like you just need to rebuild mc with handles with the necessary options, well, or find a ready-made package.
