I would bet that it is more likely not enough than enough. Encrypted tunnels I think will be at a speed of about 15 Mbps.

We have a lot of remote locations, including a few.
We use where there is a direct ip - ipip , where there is no l2tp with a phrase key (without a certificate)
We use 951 , although of course there is also hex.
