Microtik access from LAN via internal ip to another local ip?

Good afternoon.
There is such a task: you need to get from the local ip to a resource located on another local ip, but accessing through an external ip.
There is a computer 10.10.1.1, he needs to get to the computer where the web server 10.10.1.2 is deployed, the domain is connected to the web server itself via an external ip 90.90.90.90. Through the browser on the computer 1.1 we open 90.90 and it gives an error, sometimes it skips as it should.
Here is my config:
to send a request

to receive

and above them there is still a redirect from external to internal

. If you look not from the local network, everything works fine, if you look from the local network through an external ip, then it can be normal, then it can fall off, what's the problem?
