How to share the Internet from one computer to another through a router?

Hello!
There are:
1) two MacBook laptops with Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 installed
2) Zyxel Keenetic Giga router (first generation, firmware V2.04[USD.0]B3-1)
3) USB modem of one of the operators with 3G- Internet
Due to the fact that the USB modem indecently often falls off when working on Zyxel (it works fine on a laptop), the idea came up to use this USB modem connected to one of the laptops, and distribute it to other devices using a router.
The laptop on which it is planned to use the connected USB modem can communicate with the router both via Wi-Fi and via Ethernet.
What actions need to be taken in order to realize the plan?

Share the connection in the properties of the adapter (modem), and register the PC address as the gateway address of the rest, who will receive the Internet works through lan / if you register the gateway IP PC in the router, then the second com can receive the Internet via wifi? but in this version it will not be available locally
