Microsoft Office 2010 - Simultaneous Editing
But I've heard that in the new Office 2010 there is a feature of simultaneous editing by several users of one document. And how can you see / adjust / feel it, and what is needed for this? Did they achieve what they envisioned?

Google Cloud Connect is basically an extension of a product called DocVerse which was acquired earlier this year by Google. Google Cloud is not yet officially available for everyone. However Google Apps for Business customers can request for a request for a preview here. For everyone else including us, we have to wait before Google makes it live!
You are most likely talking about Google Cloud Connect.
So, this is a development from Google. This shnyashka from the DocVerse company, which Google grabbed.
Unfortunately, they have now stopped accepting applications for testing their development, you can only "notify" when a stable release is released.
BUT! Microsoft Office Live is available for this purpose (cloud) www.officelive.com/en-us/
Co-editing available via sharepoint or skydrive: goo.gl/Xt1cT (more videos and links below)
Excel has long had and has a Share feature (Review tab), if you check the box there, you can change the file and open it at the same time.
However, macros do not work.
