Microsoft account. Mistake?

Hello %username%!
I got into trouble. I signed up for a free monthly subscription to Azure recently.
Received email notification today:
The subscription below has reached its monthly Windows Azure free usage limit and has been disabled.
Subscription name: Free trial

I thought that the time had come, because in the morning of this day, I went to check the account (it was 550 rubles) and decided to delete the virtual machine.
But after the SMS comes that there was an attempt to write off 4200 rubles from the account. Fortunately, I recently withdrew money and the debiting failed.
Checking the mail, there is another letter:
This email is confirmation that your subscription below was canceled on December 14, 2013.
Subscription Name: Free Trial

This is where it gets tricky. I go to manage.windowsazure.com. I go through authorization and get:
Error/NotRiskVerified I

go to commerce.microsoft.com and get:

I normally go to the mail. In general, I go through the authorization, and then an error.
I called support, they said that this department is not working until Monday. I will be contacted on Monday.
But here's the problem: Sunday-Monday the customer must transfer the money...
Has anyone come across such a surprise?
Ps: there were 550 rubles on the balance, I stopped the virtual machine and deleted it three to four hours before what was happening.

Actually solved the issue through support. Calling Russian support turned out to be a pointless undertaking.

You will be assigned a person in 5-10 minutes, then they will clarify the problem and email. Then they will transfer the case to the accounting department and give an answer.

Yeah. There is such. He himself was upset when they presented a bill of 3,000 rubles. I wrote to the support.

Have you called support?

And they just tried to write off 4000 from me. They have an interesting trial.

Hello,
my money was returned, but the service was not restored, is it like that for everyone?

But was it such that the money was not written off, but on the contrary, they credited too much? I have this on three cards. Used a trial month.
