At the same time, there is sound in Scapa or desktop viber, as well as in the bandicam program that records video from the camera ........ How to make the microphone see all programs, and the most necessary thing to see such programs as "Camera" or " Voice recorder" ???
 I checked the privacy - for the microphone, access is allowed to all programs, and separately for the above. True, I do not see win32webviewhost in the list of programs. Maybe it's because of her?
Also, if you go to the sound settings panel, then where my microphone is shown, but where is the test, when I speak, this is not reflected on the test scale .......... Drivers are installed ...... ...... What could be the problem with this behavior of the microphone?
