Micro chips on the processor after installation in the motherboard?
When installing the processor into the motherboard, micro-chips formed on the sides. The motherboard has a thing for snapping the processor, and when I started to install the processor, it was most likely that I pressed down the processor on which these chips formed. The inner part (legs), etc. were not damaged, but only the outer part was just a little bit on the sides. Could this mean that the processor is over, or is it supposed to be like that?

As I understand it, you mean the processor cover, in principle, this is the worst.
It shouldn't be like this, but the processor won't end. This can affect the thermal transfer between the cooler and the processor, because the layer at the micro level will turn out to be uneven from the side of the processor.
