Miband 2 firmware, how best to do it?

Development of a device for OSs based on a fitness bracelet.
There is a fitness bracelet, miband 2, it can accurately determine:
- Falling asleep time (checked)
- Sleep phases (checked when it will be, it's always easy to remember sleep - a sure sign of the REM phase)
This is enough to cut down the most convenient crutch for dreamers to realize in a dream.
The essence of the idea.
During the REM phase, the bracelet starts to vibrate, we programmatically adjust the work of the bracelet to such an extent that:
- It does not wake up.
- He awakened enough for critical thinking to start working.
- He gave enough signal that the signal had an effect on sleep, how tactile sensations can penetrate it (remember how a cat meow, lack of oxygen or rain outside the window were bizarrely woven into the plot of a dream)
But this will probably not be enough . FOR. Receiving a signal, a person will not know how to act. Therefore, it is also necessary to develop a simple conditioned reflex in reality.
Every day during the day, we activate the bracelet so that it vibrates, with vibration, the dreamer does a simple thing, he looks at the watch that is already built into miband 2, turns the display away, turns and looks again. (One of the simplest LaBerge checks)
How the bracelet will be activated.
- To a user-defined random range. Those. It sets the minimum value in minutes and the maximum value is the range in which the bracelet will RANDOMLY work.
- The bracelet will track the pulse. When the pulse rises, it means that either the user has taken up physical. activity, or excited emotionally. And for most of the REM phase, we are in this state - emotionally excited involvement or doing something very actively.
Having thus developed a conditioned reflex, the user, sensing the vibration in a dream, decides to check whether it is a dream or not. Seeing that the numbers show rubbish, he will understand that this is a dream.
Please don't tell me. Where can I find a specialist to implement this idea?

Try looking in the branch on w3bsit3-dns.com or XDA. Usually there are those who are engaged in firmware.

Isn't it easier to write an application for android? After all, there are different smart alarms that wake you up in the fast phase of sleep. Perhaps these applications are only a little to finish up to your desires. But they are paid, as far as I know.
