Metro-style components for WinForms/WPF?

The topic is probably hackneyed, but I did not find answers anywhere.
Are there free components for Winforms or WPF that allow you to create a tiled Metro interface? And not necessarily 100% looking the same, it's enough just to be able to create tiles and move them on the surface along the grid , not chaotically.
There are a lot of paid components - DexExpress, PFGrid, DevComponents, but you need a free one. Found the development of modernui , but there is no way to move the tiles.

Try MahApps there are tiles (tile), but honestly I didn’t delve into it much, but I know for sure that they are there
