Meta tags H1, keywords, description what and how?

Hello. I am newbie. I was given a job just to add products to the site. When I read about all the meta tags, I always write that I need some kind of H1 tag. Where to get it? And why is it needed at all if there is a Product Name field and a Title meta tag?
And one more question. When will Google change the meaning of the description tag? I changed it 3 days ago, and the old description is still in Google.

description and title are meta tags, they are intended mainly for search engines, they are not displayed in the page content and are usually not visible to users.
h1 is the main heading on the page. As a rule, this is the title of the article, or in your case it should be the same as the title of the product. Provided that everything is correct in the made-up template (anything can happen).

Most likely "Product Name" matches the content of the H1 tag.
