Meta_query and Acf repeater how to make a query?

There are records with a custom ACF repeater field with multiple fields per line.
You need to make a selection of meta_query posts by value, which should be included in the repeater array.
In key I specify the name of an arbitrary field (repeater). And what else to specify so that the search is, let's say, the entry of a value in the first column?
