Good afternoon! Maybe someone knows. My wife and I have iPhones tied to the same account, but my wife's photos were not synchronized with the shared photos in iCloud. Then I hit the iCloud Photos button and she had all my photos on my phone and I had hers. How can I get it back now?

Since there is only one account, the photos are considered to belong to one owner. You can only split manually.
In the future, it makes more sense to use different accounts and family accounts if you need to share subscriptions. In family mode, you can selectively share calendars and photos for all accounts, for example.
