Are there Android or Windows Phones with a hardware ring/vibrate switch like the iPhone?

I searched among the main manufacturers Samsung, HTC, Sony, etc. - I did not find it.
I searched among Chinese manufacturers - I did not find it.

I understand that this thing is most likely patented by Apple, but still.

Google suggests that there are none (or no one knows about them). Alternatively, on Android, you can map any hardware button to such a switch.

On wp there is no such button anywhere, the only way to switch hardware to vibration mode is to lower the sound to zero.
