Menu showing but not working ubuntu?

People, help! installed the cinnamon graphical shell on ubuntu 15.10 everything worked like normal .... but I poked something and the menu didn’t work, it is displayed but you can’t click on it if you click it, it will give a context menu as if it were a desktop ... Maybe someone knows how to cut the bottom panel back?
