Memory cards SDXC, FAT32 what kind of "scarecrows"?

There is a lot of information on the Internet about how SDXC cards die if they are formatted in FAT32.
Ulmart scares users right before buying - prntscr.com/1iej9v
There are even articles on how to properly format a card in FAT32 example - drvalentin.ya.ru/41 (the article is most likely "nonsense")
What kind of hardware dependence on the type of file systems that they "die after 2 months of use"?
And how then correctly to make formatting? I would like details.
The need itself is due to the purchase of the Sony Xperia Tablet Z LTE tablet and the desire to install a 64GB card after all, and the operating system on the LTE version does not support exFat.

Here is what they answered me from San Disk support (by the way, they answered in less than a day - very quickly - for which they have great respect!)

I understand that you have inquiries regarding the format of your Ultra 64GB microSD memory card.
Please, allow us to inform you that storage devices of 64GB and above are natively formatted in exFat. Fat32 has a size limitation and the card may be recognized as 32GB instead of 64GB if you format it in Fat32.
A storage device of 64GB is better to be formatted in exFat. Formatting the card in Fat32 does not mean though that you will lose the warranty .

SanDisk has been made aware of potential product issues involving a very small percentage of its 32GB and 64GB SanDisk Mobile Ultra microSD cards. Under certain circumstances, the cards may lock up and the card becomes inaccessible. The issue has been identified and a manufacturing fix has already been put in place.
SanDisk stands behind its products and any customer who experiences this issue with microSDHC cards will be offered a replacement as long as the card is within warranty.

I've been using 64Gb SDXC formatted in FAT32 for over a year now, no problems.
Formatted in HTC Hero, which knows nothing about SDXC, now I use it in Evo 3D, which also does not support SDXC.
IMHO, this is nonsense about the fact that by reformatting the card into another FS, it will suddenly die. Invented to force people to buy devices with exFAT support

FAT32 is obsolete, yes, but vold (at least 4.0) can only fat32 (it's there as a constant). But even if you pick it up with your hands, you need to have rights to everything. In general, I did not succeed.
