Memcached is down. How to find the cause or set up autorun?

For some reason I don't understand, once every few days (or even once every couple of weeks) the Memcached service is disabled. You have to start by hand.
Can you please tell me the possible reasons for this and how to check them?
Is it possible to start Memcached using the supervisor?
Ubuntu 16.04.1

Is it possible to start Memcached using the supervisor?

Ubuntu has systemd for this, it can do everything better supervisord
Falls can be caught in the same systemd, for example, by looking at the status and reading any error messages:
Also look in dmesg, if it crashed from oom - then there will be a message about it
