Megaphone M150-1, 11-attempt to unlock is it possible?

All 10 attempts are spent what to do?
I tried to reset the counter . I can’t
change the firmware , how can I give 11 chance? p.s 10 attempts were already spent before I got the modem

AT^DATALOCK="Unlock code"
AT^MAXLCKTMS=10
10 is the new number of attempts (any number from 1 to 255 can be entered). You can then enter the AT^CARDLOCK command with the correct code and unlock the modem.
