Meeting timer?

Looking for (but can't find) a timer for Windows 7 with the following features:

1. be on top of other windows
   
2. support multiple "sessions" to specify the meeting schedule (transition from one session to another must be manual), for example:
   
   1. speaker 1:00:10
      
   2. questions: 00:05
      
   3. speaker 2:00:15
      
   4. questions: 00:05
      
   
   
3. display the time of the remaining session only (the sessions themselves must be hidden)
   
4. make a sound when 1 minute is left (or say the text "1 minute left"
   
5. make a sound when session time is up
   
6. show general meeting status (=for all sessions, e.g. "10 minutes late")
   
7. show negative time (when the session time is over and the speaker is still talking - minus 1 minute, minus 2 minutes until the user presses the change session button)
   

Does such a thing exist?
