Medium project on vps. What is better to use - exim or mail for the Yandex-Google domain?

An average project will be hosted on the VPS, sending 500-5000 emails per day (registration on the site, notifications for users).
Since I took VPS for the first time, the question arose - should I set up mail on my server (Exim4 comes by default in Debian), or use mail for the domain from Yandex / Google?
Which is better/more convenient? What are the pitfalls?

Mail for the Z\G domain. Save yourself a bunch of headaches with settings, spam filters, and so on. Pitfalls - Google is now paid for new customers. Yandex can also introduce some kind of limit and take money. But if this happens, no one bothers to return to your own mail server.
