MBR, GPP what am I doing wrong?

Hello!
I want to install on HDD win 10, formatted in GPT, NTFS. I try to install, at the disk selection stage it says that the installation is not possible because it should be GPT. I googled, found that the flash drive should also be in GPT - I format it in Windows on another PC, 200mb is generally displayed, again googled they write that Windows does not see GPT, only MBR. And indeed - formatting the flash drive in MBR solved the problem, now all 8GB is displayed.
What kind of nonsense? Help me to understand.

To install W10 on GPT, several conditions must be met. First, the disk must be converted to GPT style. Nothing needs to be formatted there yet. Secondly, you need to boot into UEFI from a USB flash drive. How to do this - read the documentation for your laptop. After installation will proceed normally.
