MBP screen flickering while working in Photoshop CC. Reasons, solutions?

Good day, dear forum users!
Perhaps I'll start with the fact that this problem is quite common, and manifests itself in different variations. Here are several examples of the same bug:
1) One
2) Two and the theme author's video
3) Three etc.
Now to the point. For starters, here's my situation (don't get mad at the sound).
MacBook Pro 2015 13 latest Sierra 10.12.5 connected to external monitor.
Now I will describe the video:
1) From 0:01 to 0:30 secondthe following happens. I work in the "closed lid" mode, only the connected monitor. Flickering occurs only when using the Brush and Eraser tools (but not exactly) when pressing CMD, CTRL, SPACE, or when moving the cursor between the borders between the dock panel and the working field of the program. When switching from the "Normal brush tip" mode to the "Precise" mode (you can see it in the video, I switch through the caps), the flickering disappears. Those. it appears only in the "Normal brush tip" mode.
2) From 0:30 I open the laptop, i.e. both screens are now active. As you can see, the flicker disappears with any use of the brush modes.
3) At 1:00 minuteI close the lid, the flicker appears again. And the most interesting thing (in fact, there are even stranger things, but more on that later) - when the cursor is resized, the flickering disappears. Those. I do more - there is no flicker, I do less - too. Thus, it is only in such a value (size) as in the video.
Some more details.A week ago I changed the monitor - it was VX2370Smh-LED, now Iiyama - ProLite XB2783HSU-B1. For the sake of interest, I connected the old one yesterday, there is no problem. I connected both (to different ports - both via HDMI - HDMI, and via HDMI - Thunderbolt) - there is no flicker. As I already mentioned, when the lid of the MacBook is open and Iiyama - ProLite XB2783HSU-B1 is connected, there is no flicker. As soon as he is alone, he appears. WTF?! I put a clean system from a USB flash drive, tried different versions of PS CC - it did not help. The bug manifests itself only in Photoshop. Yesterday I contacted the author of one of the posts (I indicated it above, with a link to his video of a similar problem) - he wrote that he solved the problem using Photoshop through Parallel in Windows (as you can see, it manifests itself just the same on the MacBook screen itself - mine is different). He also said that he now has a cintiq graphics tablet connected (as you know, he with his screen), and now there are no bugs. I don’t have it only when either one screen of a macbook, or a bunch of macbook and an old VX2370Smh-LED monitor (even in closed lid mode).
What's the matter? Okay, a bug (which Adode and Apple support stubbornly ignore), but why does it manifest itself like that. One monitor has it, the other doesn't. Some kind of game is coming out. Any thoughts, friends?
UPD: Things like enabling / disabling the GPU, and other manipulations in the "Performance" settings menu in no way fix the problem.
UPD#2: The problem manifests itself not only in Photoshop. I downloaded the trial version of Affinity Designer (graphic editor) - the same story. Those. somewhere with a similar brush size, the same flickering begins. Smaller size - no, more - neither.

My external monitor goes blank for a second, then resumes again. This problem only occurs when I use a large brush in Photoshop. I sinned on the video card (not only is flash, but also external monitors work). When the brushes are of acceptable size, there is no problem.

The same crap. macbook pro 15 2015 iris. The same. I think it's Adobe's fault.

The same game on the MacBook Pro 13 "2015, on an external monitor, when using brushes or a blur, the monitor fades for 1-2 seconds. I have several monitors, all of different companies, all of them have such a game.

Hi. I found the answer to this question!! My screen flickered mainly when working in Photoshop and Afiniti. I thought it was in the programs. Then I noticed that I always have a hard drive connected to my Mac. turned off the flickering stopped. Then it appeared again from which I did not notice. I now understand and recheck. I have a tablet connected to my Mac via USB. so I reconnected it to another input and the problem was solved. previously the hard drive was also connected to it. it's all about him!!!
