Maybe someone saw the universal structure of geographical objects?

Hello!
Have you come across a ready-made normalized database of geographical objects?
So that there is a binding: continent, part of the world, country, etc., and up to the street.
Interested in the structure. so that the whole world lays down in one structure.
We have dictionaries, but I'm interested in the global single structure.
Perhaps pieces of it.
