Before the active use of the sim service, somehow no attention was paid, but now it is already a little tiring.
It's no secret that any user action with your question / answer appears in the notification panel, see screenshot

And is not removed until you go to the notification center and mark all viewed, or click on each notification.
Maybe it makes sense to make a small cross so as not to climb into far, far away? and users will be more comfortable.

UPD: Their function is to notify the user of any actions.
The question is to hide them when they have fulfilled their function.
For example, about liking a question or answer, about a decision, those that do not require entering the question body to disable it. The same comments can be viewed from the notification panel. Active users have at least 10 notifications, but only 3 are shown, in order to mark them all, you need to go either to the notification panel and mark there, or go through all the questions. It also applies to likes. When you enter a question or answer, all likes are not marked viewed, you must again go either to "Notifications" or click on each one. The question is to make a button to close these notifications.
